Volt Metro LS e-bike review: No time for a bulky bike?
2020年07月14日 23:53
E-bikes are having a moment. With Londoners still advised to avoid public transport where possible, cycling has quickly become an attractive commuting option.

Electronic bikes, in particular, are seeing sales soar thanks to the speed (they can go up to 15.5mph), ease of riding and time it cuts off your commute — in most cases, you could find yourself arriving to work faster than you would on your regular tube or bus route.

London-based Volt Bikes has seen its sales soar over the past few months. With a 300 per cent increase in sales over the last quarter compared to last year, over one weekend in lockdown alone, Volt had over 500 new online sales enquiries - a significant surge.

E-bikes can generally be quite bulky and heavy, but could Volt’s folding Metro LS Commuter E-bike be the answer for London workers? We put it to the test.
